oh shit, man.
i woke up insanely late today, due to the fact that i stayed up late last night and the night before (like always, really), but i didn't sleep in yesterday. so i guess my body decided to catch up on sleep last night...
in any matter. i woke up, looked at the clock, and winced, because it was past noon. and i have stuff to get done today.
but then i sit down at my computer and i sat there for a bit, staring at the time on it and wondering if it had hiccuped or something. the clock was an hour fast.
ahaha, funny, daylight savings time. very funny.
but april fool's was yesterday.
D; there goes another whole hour i thought i had.
but umm, in other news... not like anyone who reads this thing hasn't already seen this on my deviantART, but i'm trying to wrangle in some commission work before i go on vacation. as unlikely as it sounds, i guess i can hope, can't i? D:

so i was pondering if i should open up for commissions.
i have a five-day vacation to visit my grandmother in flordia coming up, and not only will i need things to do on the flight to and from there, but stuff to do while being bored out of my mind. (i mean, i'm going to be stuck in a gated community full of old people. about as much fun as watching grass grow.)
plus i'm broke as hell, because i'm unemployed 'til about may. ew.
i guess the question is if anyone would actually commission me. XD
i think prices would be as follows:
ink: $5 USD
ink + colored pencil: $8 USD
ink + marker: $10 USD
bookmark: $5 USD
like the ink + colored pencil option, but on 2x6 bristol and the background is filled with nifty designs.
ship original: + $3 USD
(for shipping and protective envelope; includes international shipping)
this is for one character, simple background, on sturdy 9x12 bristol. anything else would be an added fee.
i can accept paypal, checks, or money orders, even. i could accept cash (in USD) only if it is well-concealed and you don't blame me if it gets lost in the mail.
please send along a decent description of your subject (real you, original character, gaian avatar, fursona, whatever), with some stuff about looks and personality. visual references are preferred above all else, though.

i'm not going to limit myself to the numbers right now, because i highly doubt anyone is going to take me up on this offer, anyway. XD but seriously, i would die for a bunch of commissions right now.
